The North Saskatchewan River is a glacier-fed river that flows from the Canadian Rockies Continental divide east through Alberta and Central Saskatchewan, where it joins up with the South Saskatchewan river and eventually flows into the Hudson Bay. It has many species of fish, some of the most common include Walleye, Goldeye, Northern Pike, Shorthead Redhorse carp and Lake Sturgeon.
